Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with minimum of 2 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in current social media trends and have hands-on experience with AI-powered tools used for content creation, campaign management, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, AdCreative.ai, Hootsuite AI, etc.) for content creation, post scheduling, and performance tracking
• Develop high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos
• Analyze campaign performance using AI analytics dashboards, optimize strategies for better engagement and ROI
• Stay updated with latest trends in social media marketing and AI technologies
• Collaborate with design and paid media teams for cohesive branding and campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for social media content, automation, and analytics
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and boosting engagement
• Strong copywriting and creative skills
• Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns is a plus
• Ability to join immediately
