Job Summary:

Social Media Marketing Manager / Team Lead

You will lead a team of ad executives, collaborate closely with the creative and marketing departments, and ensure that all campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:

  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Executives and Ads Specialists to ensure effective campaign execution and performance.

• Campaign Planning and Execution:

  Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

• Strategy Development:

  Create comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and client goals.

• Performance Analysis:

  Review campaign performance reports (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions) and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.

• Collaboration:

  Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and creative direction.

• Budget Oversight:

  Allocate and monitor ad spend to ensure cost efficiency and high ROI across campaigns.

• A/B Testing:

  Supervise testing strategies for ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve overall campaign effectiveness.

• Team Reporting:

  Review and present team performance reports, ensuring goals are met and areas of improvement are addressed.

• Market Research:

  Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates in digital marketing and social media advertising.

• Training & Development:

  Provide ongoing training and guidance to team members to enhance their technical and strategic skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.E./M.Tech preferred).
• 2–5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Facebook Ads Manager

  and other paid media platforms.
• Experience working in a

  digital marketing agency

  or

  e-commerce

  environment preferred.
• Certifications such as

  Facebook Blueprint

  ,

  Google Ads

  , or

  Google Analytics

  are an added advantage.
