Job Description

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conducting in-depth market research to understand the current trends, demand, and competitive landscape in the neuropharma segment.
  • Identifying unmet needs within the neurological disorders market and exploring potential product gaps.
  • Analyzing competitor products, their positioning, pricing strategies, and market share.

Product Strategy Development

  • Developing and implementing the product strategy for neuro-related products.
  • Identifying the target audience, including healthcare professionals (neurologists, psychiatrists, etc.) and patients, and crafting marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Creating value propositions based on the product's efficacy, safety profile, and market needs.
  • Prioritizing the product roadmap and managing lifecycle stage

Product Launch and Positioning

  • Planning and executing the launch of new neuro products in the market, including detailed launch plans, go-to-market strategies, and timelines.
  • Defining clear product positioning and key messaging to differentiate the product from competitors.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, supply chain) to ensure timely and effective product launches.

Sales Support and Training

  • Developing sales materials, presentations, and training programs for the sales team to effectively communicate the benefits of the neuro products to healthcare professionals.
  • Providing ongoing product training to the sales force, including the latest data, competitive insights, and any new clinical evidence.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive the adoption of products in the neuro segment and ensure targets are met.
  • Understanding sales feedback from the market and making product-related adjustments based on customer needs.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the neuro sector, including neurologists, clinicians, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare institutions.
  • Engaging with healthcare professionals through conferences, seminars, and educational events to promote products and gather insights on market needs.
  • Managing relationships with distributors and other external partners in the neuro sector.

Brand Management and Promotion

  • Managing the brand image of neuro products, ensuring that it aligns with both the corporate strategy and patient expectations.
