Role Summary

Product Manager – Electro Minerals Division

Drive profitability and growth of the abrasives product range by leading business development for new and existing applications, prioritizing strategic goals, and channeling technical and commercial needs in close collaboration with customers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales top line and contribution levels for the product line.
• Visit customers for business development meetings.
• Define product features and parameters based on application needs, customer inputs, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Recommend and implement marketing and pricing strategies for different industry users.
• Coordinate within the sales & marketing team and participate in expos and customer meets, both domestically and internationally.
• Propose pricing strategies for new products, considering competitive actions and product performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant industry experience ( Abrasives & Cutting tools)
