Product Manager - Lending

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and hands-on senior product manager who can launch and grow the lending business to the next level. The leader would get an opportunity to work at a scale of millions of users and would first-hand experience building products for the next billion Indians. Responsibilities:

1. Independently set the product vision and strategy with measurable outcomes.
2. Identify team combinations that optimize the delivery of these outcomes.
3. Work with cross-functional teams that include engineering, design, regulatory, legal, finance, and marketing to launch products with high velocity.
4. Dive deep to generate actionable insights and refine products based on customer feedback to take products to the next level.
5. Drive clarity on highly complex and ambiguous projects.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of product management experience.
2. Prior experience in the lending domain is mandatory. Should know the regulatory and industrial landscape.
3. Technical skills sufficient to understand product complexity without developer inputs and work with developers/architects to make the right technical trade-offs.
4. Experienced in working in an agile environment with scrum ceremonies.
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to refine messages based on the audience.
6. Adept in go-to-market strategies and growing businesses 0 to 1 and 1 to 10.
7. Track record of launching multiple products with high velocity and impact.
