Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products/brands. The role involves lifecycle management, brand positioning, market analysis, new product launches, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.

• Product Strategy

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, market trends, and customer needs.

• Market Research

• Conduct detailed market research, including competitive analysis, market trends, and customer insights, to identify new opportunities and inform strategic product decisions.

• Product Development

• Collaborate with R&D teams to establish product requirements, such as specifications, features, and timelines.
• Ensure product development adheres to regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.

• Product Launch

• Plan and execute product launches, including setting pricing, defining distribution channels, and implementing marketing and sales strategies to achieve optimal market entry.

• Marketing Campaigns

• Implement targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging customer insights and feedback to engage and retain customers.

• Sales Support

• Prepare sales forecasts and work closely with the sales team, providing essential marketing support including sales collateral, training materials, and in-depth product knowledge.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Biotechnology (mandatory)

MBA in Marketing (preferred).

36 years of experience in Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
