Join us for an exciting opportunity to lead privacy product management at JPMC.As a Product Manager within the Privacy Product team at JPMorgan Chase, you will spearhead the strategic vision and development of privacy tools, ensuring adherence to privacy legislation. You will work closely with technology teams to ensure progress and effectively communicate objectives to diverse audiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to create a strategic vision for the Privacy Product.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, balancing internal and client demands.
- Understand broader Privacy Product impacts and maintain product integrity.
- Solve client problems and deliver viable solutions according to plans.
- Work closely with Product Team and IT partners to meet development demands.
- Participate actively in agile scrum ceremonies and meetings.
- Coordinate and execute UAT testing to ensure deliverables meet user requirements.
- Support integrated testing, pilot, and production validation as needed.
- Collaborate with the training team to produce and deliver training materials.
- Develop communications and presentations for executive leadership.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field. with 3+ years of product or related experience.
- Experience in creating strategic roadmaps from client requirements with understanding of software development cycle and agile methodology.
- Proven success working with internal/external teams at various management levels.
- Experience with technical concepts and collaboration with technical staff.
- Expertise in JIRA and agile development tools.
- Has an understanding of PII, metadata, and data management concepts.
- Experience working with Agile teams.
- Ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders across functions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL/queries.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships.
- Independent leader with discernment for appropriate escalation and has an ability to handle multiple priorities on tight deadlines without compromising quality.
