Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and customer needs. Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to identify new product opportunities and enhancements. Develop clear and detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering, architecture, and UX teams. We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive the evolution, growth, and customer adoption of IBM Software Hub. The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
3+ years of technical product management experience with cloud-native platforms, Data and AI software, or enterprise data solutions
3+ years leveraging data-driven insights for product prioritization and strategic decision
3+ years managing agile product delivery, including requirements definition, backlog management, and User Acceptance Testing.
1+ year of technical expertise in AI, foundation models, and related technologies.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, effectively bridging technical and business needs.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps practices.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Prior experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data or comparable Data and AI platform is plus Knowledge of IBM Data and AI Products and Solutions is a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as AHA and Git.
Experience in enterprise software licensing and product monetization strategies.
