We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our Non-Financial Crew within the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance division.

This role involves leading AI-driven initiatives, enhancing product offerings, and collaborating with a global team. With a focus on cutting-edge technologies, you will play a key role in shaping the future of AI solutions within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for AI-driven or data-intensive applications
• Work closely with global teams across Switzerland, United Kingdom, Poland, India, and the United States to ensure alignment and effectiveness
• Conduct detailed analysis of AI and data science challenges to deliver actionable solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clear business requirements addressing both technical and non-technical needs
• Ensure end-to-end accountability of AI initiatives from concept to deployment
• Translate complex AI concepts into understandable strategies for diverse audiences
• Leverage tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage backlog and development cycles
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless integration
• Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team to optimize workflows
• Analyze data patterns and key metrics to inform product decisions and enhancements
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple global locations
• Advocate and contribute to the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 6 years in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning projects
• Knowledge of AI principles, machine learning algorithms, and software development processes
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Proficiency in deriving meaningful insights through data analysis and visualization
• Expertise in managing large, cross-functional stakeholder groups across global locations
• Understanding of international work environments, with fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical concepts and business needs
