Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) to deliver product features and enhancements.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful product development and deployment.
• Develop business cases and proposals to support product initiatives.
• Communicate product plans and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers.
  

Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Technical background with understanding of software development, data analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience working with large enterprises and understanding their needs and pain points.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and product development life cycles.
• Experience with speech analytics, AI, natural language processing, or related technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Certification in product management or a related field (e. g., PMP, CFA).
