Responsibilities

• Work with cross region team to gather new requirements.
• Understand customer requirements and come up with new features and enhancements.
• Follow Agile best practices to efficiently handle product development cycle.
• Analyse the requirements and plan the development efforts needed.
• Support development team to design and implement the product features.
• Involve in UI discussions and support creating good user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality on developed features.
• Analyse usage and metrics through Dynatrace and understand the customer trends.
• Conduct development discussion within the team to create a robust solution to problems.
• Support production deployment and release the features to customers.
• Support development team in technology and platform migrations efforts
• Extensive knowledge on Agile ceremonies
• Acted as a Scrum Master
