Join our product management team as a Product Manager, where you will lead Product Vision, Development, and Go-to-Market strategies in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Life Sciences sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Vision and Mission development to align with Business objectives
• Drive Product Development initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Serve as a liaison between Market insights and Business requirements
• Design Products and Services that meet client needs
• Formulate and implement Go-to-Market strategies for Product launches
• Develop Business Models and Financial plans to support Product initiatives
• Manage Product Roadmaps to ensure timely delivery and alignment
• Conduct Market and Competitor analysis to inform Product decisions
• Oversee Backlog and Change management to prioritize features and improvements
• Implement Risk management and mitigation strategies
• Measure and analyze Product success metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Apply AI models to enhance productivity in Product Management activities
• Facilitate Agile delivery methodologies within the Product team

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Ownership and Product Management roles
• Expertise in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, or Life Sciences industries
• Proficiency in Business Process Management, Wireframing, and Mockup design
• Experience managing Product Roadmaps and Backlog prioritization
• Skills in Risk Management and mitigation techniques
• Competency in Market and Competitor analysis
• Knowledge of Product success metrics and Agile delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with AI applications in Product Management
• Strong leadership and Entrepreneurial mindset
