The impact you will have in this role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Technical Product Manager at DTCC Digital, you will play a key role in defining and driving the development of our blockchain-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative products that meet market needs. Your Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmapTranslate customer needs into clear and actionable technical specificationsWrite and refine business requirements and acceptance criteriaWork closely with product managers to prioritize the backlog in JIRAWork closely with engineering teams to ensure successful and timely product development and deliveryAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teamsRun cross-functional meetings and facilitate decision-makingProvide transparency on product status, risks, and dependenciesReview and test deliverables to ensure they meet business requirementsManage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyondMonitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and inform product strategyEnsure products meet quality standards and follow regulatory requirementsAct as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to internal teams and external stakeholdersIn a constantly changing market landscape, stay current to maintain a strong understanding of digital asset infrastructure and tokenization frameworks

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)37+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or product ownership in financial services or fintechStrong technical background with knowledge of blockchain technology and distributed systemsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools such as JIRAExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesStrong organizational and facilitation skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCollaborative approach with the ability to influence without authorityPassion for innovation in financial markets and digital assets
Talents Needed for Success:
Experience in tokenization of securities, digital custody, or cryptocurrencyExposure to regulatory and compliance considerations in financial marketsExperience in QA or UAT coordinationKnowledge of financial markets and financial services, including:Collateral ManagementCustodyFund Accounting / Investor ServicesCentral ClearingMargin ManagementOTC tradingPaymentsInvestment Management OperationsBroker-Dealer OperationsExchange Operations
