Product/Project Manager

You will translate deep internal expertise and client-validated methodologies into scalable, repeatable, high-value commercial software solutions. The role spans product roadmap ownership, requirement definition, Agile leadership, cross-functional program management, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

I. Product Strategy & Commercialization

• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for pharma analytics SaaS products.
  
• Work with internal service/consulting teams to standardize custom methodologies into productized features.
  
• Gather customer and domain insights by engaging internal SMEs and external clients.
  
• Translate business needs into PRDs, specifications, and user stories focused on scalability and data governance.
  
• Lead Agile activities: backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iteration reviews with engineering/design teams.
  
• Collaborate on GTM strategy, pricing models, and enablement materials with sales and marketing.
  
• Maintain ownership of all product documentation, requirements, design specs, and release plans.
  

II. Project Management & Cross-Functional Delivery

• Create project plans, schedules, and resource strategies across product and service delivery teams.
  
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team issues involving data access, infra, and domain expertise.
  
• Drive alignment through stand-ups, sprint reviews, retros, and stakeholder updates.
  
• Track milestones and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery of complex multi-team projects.
  
• Resolve organizational and technical blockers quickly to maintain delivery momentum.
  

Essential Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or hybrid roles in analytics-rich environments.
  
• Strong experience managing change (service-to-product, on-prem to cloud).
  
• Ability to create structure and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
  
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana.
  
• Excellent organizational skills, stakeholder management, and decision-making ability.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data/analytics product development or scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
  

• Mandatory Pharma Domain Expertise:

  3+ years in Pharma Analytics, Commercial Operations, Market Research, or Market Access.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, web applications, and AI/ML-driven analytics.
  
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO.
