Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Manage the complete product lifecyclefrom planning and positioning to launch and post-launch performance.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to support product improvements and new product development.
  

Marketing & Sales Support

• Develop product positioning, marketing strategies, and promotional materials.
  
• Train and support the sales team with product knowledge, presentations, and technical insights.
  
• Participate in conferences, industry events, and customer meetings to promote products.
  

Business & Performance Management

• Monitor product performance through sales data, feedback, and market analytics.
  
• Prepare and implement product-specific business plans and sales strategies.
  
• Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare technical documentation, product manuals, and regulatory support materials.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant medical device standards and regulatory requirements.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/surgical or medical device products.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and product data.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, and operations teams.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  

Eligibility

• B. Pharma / M. Pharma

  is mandatory.

• 2-5 years of experience

  in Product Management within the Surgical/Medical Devices or Pharma domain.
