Product Manager (PMT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and long-term vision.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and customer needs analysis.
• Develop and deliver product training sessions for the sales team.
• Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
• Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all products comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Prepare marketing collateral, training materials, and product documentation.
• Build strong relationships with doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Travel extensively (1214 days/month) for field visits, product launches, and market engagement.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product lifecycle including updates, enhancements, and discontinuation.
• Support pricing strategies and contribute to cost optimization efforts.
• Monitor and analyze competitor products, positioning, and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and online product education.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities and innovation trends.

• Experience in the medical device, surgical, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum:

  Bachelors degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Pharmacy (B.Pharm).

• Preferred:

  MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in medical or surgical products.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
