Description
Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap in partnership with founders, stakeholders and the leadership teaM Own end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation, requirement gathering, MVP definition, development, launch, iteration and scale.
Translate business requirements (from our group companies/clients) into clear product specification, user stories, prioritisation, backlog management.Work closely with the development team (engineering, QA, UI/UX) to ensure timely delivery of features, and continuously tune/enhance during the pilot phase.Define and monitor key product metrics / KPIs (usage, adoption, user feedback, performance) and drive product-market fit.Be comfortable working in a start-up environment: ambiguous environment, rapid changes, lean resources, multiple hats.Liaise with stakeholders (business owners, customer teams, operations, sales) to gather input, manage expectations and ensure alignment.Provide leadership to the product development team: ensure clarity of roles, timelines, dependencies; drive agile processes (e g, sprints, stand-ups, reviews).Ensure quality of delivery, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the product aligns with business goals (India + UAE context).Manage release plans, stakeholder communications, product documentation, and support go-to-market efforts where required." , "requirements":"Bachelor s in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent technical discipline (preferably from IIT, IIIT , NIT or central university/ research institute and so on, exceptional candidates with no tags are also welcome).MBA from TOP B-school is a Plus.Proven experience (ideally 4-8 years) as a Product Manager or equivalent role, in one or more start-ups (preferably product-led start-ups, built from ground up ).Demonstrable track record of taking a product from concept through pilot to launch and iteration.Strong technical literacy: able to engage with engineers, understand architecture/trade-offs, API/integration issues, product performance constraints.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (India UAE context useful).Strong prioritisation, agile process discipline, and ability to drive execution under ambiguity.Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics, user feedback loops, product metrics, experimentation A/B tests etcStartup mindset: resourceful, results-oriented, comfortable with changing priorities and wearing multiple hats.(Desirable) Experience with SaaS or AI-driven products, or enterprise-B2B solutions.
