As a Product Manager (PMT) , you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of surgical and medical consumable products, including sutures, needles, gloves, masks, and related items. This role is pivotal in driving product success through strategic planning, market analysis, sales training, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and sustainable market growth. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and long-term vision. Conduct comprehensive market research and customer needs analysis. Develop and deliver product training sessions for the sales team. Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure all products comply with regulatory and quality standards. Prepare marketing collateral, training materials, and product documentation. Build strong relationships with doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Travel extensively (1214 days/month) for field visits, product launches, and market engagement. Additional Responsibilities: Manage the full product lifecycle including updates, enhancements, and discontinuation. Support pricing strategies and contribute to cost optimization efforts. Monitor and analyze competitor products, positioning, and marketing strategies. Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and online product education. Identify and evaluate new product opportunities and innovation trends. Preferred Skills: Experience in the medical device, surgical, or pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities. Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills. Customer-focused, analytical, and solution-driven approach. Qualifications: Minimum: Bachelors degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Pharmacy (B.Pharm). Preferred: MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in medical or surgical products. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
