Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, Databases, and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Define job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events as required
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and reports on hiring process which are shared periodically with the Hiring Managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s /Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Talent or related roles within a startup environment is an add on
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional databases
• Preferable experience in hiring for Analytics positions
• Hands-on experience with full recruitment cycle using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders
