Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end domestic IT and Non IT recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on sourcing expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce plans.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for domestic IT and Non IT roles.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure timely feedback.
  • Manage the interview process end-to-end and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
  • Stay updated on IT and Non IT hiring trends, market intelligence, and best recruitment practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in domestic IT and Non IT recruitment..
  • Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools (ClickUp/Zoho/other ATS is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
