Job Description

Hiring Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Female)

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment — from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop hiring strategies.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Pipelines

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social networks, and recruitment events.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Typical Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (often HR, business, or related field). Advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM/PHR) are a plus. Superworks
  • Experience: Several years (often 5+) in talent acquisition or HR, with proven success in full-cycle hiring. Superworks
  • Technical: Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards)
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and organization.
