Product Manager - CSR/NGO

Key Responsibilities

• Market & Field Research
• Conduct in-depth field and market research to understand the needs, challenges, and aspirations of Parinaam’s beneficiaries.
• Design and implement both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Independently execute research or engage with external research partners to gather meaningful insights.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights to inform program design and strategy.
• Program Design & Development
• Conceptualize and design new programs or refine existing ones based on research insights and organizational objectives.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, field staff, and leadership to develop effective and scalable solutions.
• Lead pilot programs and oversee phased rollouts, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with goals.
• Program Monitoring & Enhancement
• Monitor ongoing programs to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Leverage real-time feedback, data, and performance metrics to iterate and enhance program offerings.
• Ensure that programs remain responsive to beneficiary needs and organizational goals.
• Service Issue Management
• Act as the central point of contact for program-related escalations or issues.
• Proactively identify challenges faced by field teams or beneficiaries and drive timely resolutions.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth delivery of interventions and services.
• Impact Evaluation
• Develop and manage impact assessment frameworks to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.
• Coordinate baseline, midline, and endline assessments in collaboration with internal teams or external evaluators.
• Utilize impact data to inform program strategy, support continuous improvement, and report to donors and stakeholders.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product/program management, preferably in the development or social impact sector.
• Proven experience with research methodologies, data analysis, and program design.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for working with underserved communities and driving social change.
