About The Role Job Requirements In depth knowledge about Asset Products esp cards and Operations and processes Discussion with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand work functions and processes and gather information Develop materials to document operational end-to-end process flows Summary recommendations from SMEs for process improvements and other findings Should be able to think proactively for process changes from Business Process Re-engineering perspective Should be aware of competitive practices. Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines Strong Communication skills Assertive attitude Good analytical skills & eye for details Keen eye for market intelligence and competition.
