Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily hub operations, ensuring smooth functioning and timely execution.
Lead and manage the hub team, including operations executives, delivery personnel, and support staff.
Oversee inventory, material movement, and appointment scheduling (if applicable).
Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, customer service, etc.) for seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on operational performance and resource utilization.
