Job Description

Role Title: Product Manager | Conversational AI and CPaaS
Location: Bengaluru (RMZ)
Band: I5 level
About the Role
We are advancing a robust and scalable full-stack communication platform that empowers businesses to deliver intelligent, seamless customer experiences across more than 10 channels including WhatsApp, SMS, email, voice, RCS, and more. The platform leverages Conversational AI, Generative AI (LLMs), low-code automation, and agentic workflows to simplify complex customer interactions and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the product roadmap across core areas, including Conversational AI, low-code platforms, messaging APIs, marketplace integrations, and customer experience features
  • Design and deliver intelligent conversational experiences using chatbot frameworks such as RASA and Bot Framework
  • Develop and enhance BYOLLM (Bring Your Own LLM) capabilities to enable enterprises to integrate proprietary or third-party language models for tailored conversational workflows
  • Build and scale workflow orchestration layers that empower users to design, automate, and manage complex multi-step customer journeys using low-code interfaces
  • Translate product requirements into detailed user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications; prioritise backlogs and manage agile sprints with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
  • Engage in customer-facing activities, including discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and onboarding, to ensure solutions align with real-world needs
  • Support business development and solutioning teams with customer RFP and RFI responses, as well as rollout planning
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on customer engagement initiatives, including events, product demos, videos, blogs, and marketing collateral
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in product management within SaaS, Conversational AI, or communication platform domains
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and proven experience working with engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience with RASA and Bot Framework, along with a solid understanding of chatbot architecture and deployment strategies
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., GPT) and their applications in building scalable, AI-driven solutions
  • Proficiency in APIs and integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, and system interoperability
  • Demonstrated ability to manage agile product development workflows, write clear and actionable user stories, and drive execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across remote and onsite environments
