Job Description

Experience in automobile spare parts market.
Closely work with all the branch manager to oversee purchase, sales, and stock, and ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development plans.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and handle escalated issues effectively.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategies to drive branch sales and profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote products and services.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and service targets.
Implement operational procedures and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
