About The Role

As a Product Manager (PR2 Level), you will play a key role in launching new features, products, and UX improvements across our eCommerce brands, including BuildASign.com, EasyCanvasPrints.com, and AlliedShirts.com. You will be the bridge between product marketing and engineering, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 3-8 years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles,preferably in eCommerce.
• Strong organizational & project management skills – Ability to balance multiple initiatives and drive them to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities – Capable of translating complex projects into actionable tasks.
• Technical fluency – Comfortable working with engineering teams to define technical requirements and prioritize development work.
• Cross-functional collaboration – Experience partnering with marketing, UX, and development teams to align on product goals.
• Exceptional communication skills – Able to clearly articulate product strategies and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive Product Execution – Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives, from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering – Translate business goals into actionable development tasks, breaking down large projects into manageable sprints.
• Optimize User Experience – Identify and implement UX enhancements that improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Project & Stakeholder Management – Ensure timely delivery of product features by facilitating estimation meetings and maintaining clear launch timelines.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Use analytics and customer insights to prioritize product improvements that maximize impact.
