Product Manager

The Product Manager – Packaging Team will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing domestic and international travel packages. The role requires strong market insight, vendor coordination, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that travel products are competitive, innovative, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, pricing, and execution of travel packages (FIT & Group).
• Monitor travel trends and competitors to create compelling and differentiated travel products.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure package visibility and performance.
• Manage the product lifecycle – from ideation to launch to continuous optimization.
• Ensure profitability of each package while maintaining value for customers.
• Analyze customer feedback and booking data to refine offerings.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of packages.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product/package development in the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of both domestic and international travel destinations.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Analytical mindset with pricing and margin management capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and travel management software/tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
