Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager with 2–4 years of experience to drive product development for CarInfo’s Insurance. This role requires strong insurance domain understanding, ability to think in systems and product architecture, and hands-on ownership from problem discovery to delivery and measurement.You will work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and insurance partners to build scalable, compliant, and user-centric insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete product lifecycle for CarInfo’s Insurance Pod, from problem discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Understand and improve motor insurance journeys: quotes, issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
- Define product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with engineering to design scalable, modular product architecture and systems.
- Manage insurer integrations, APIs, and insurance workflow systems.
- Collaborate with Design, Ops, Legal, and Business teams to ensure compliant and user-friendly solutions.
- Drive product decisions using data, user insights, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with external insurance partners, brokers, and service providers.
Good to Have
- Experience with insurance marketplaces, insurtech, fintech, or regulated products.
- Experience building internal tools / ops dashboards.
- Exposure to data analysis, SQL, or event tracking.
- Startup experience with high ownership and ambiguity
