Product Manager - Building Materials

As a Product Manager in our company based in Dubai, your role will involve establishing a strong supplier base for the products defined under your portfolio. You will analyze consumer buying patterns, predict future trends, and regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance performance. It will be your responsibility to manage stock levels of buying plans and conduct frequent market visits to maintain a competitive edge in our company's products. You will also meet suppliers, negotiate contracts, and analyze reports to increase sales and division output. Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products will be crucial, along with providing management with timely information on new and innovative products available in the market. Anticipating and searching for new or changing trends in the industry to stay ahead of the competition will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, attending trade fairs, participating in promotional activities, liaising with showroom personnel, and training and mentoring line staff will be part of your daily tasks. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the building materials industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, and experience in UAE or any GCC country is an added advantage. Holding a valid UAE or GCC driver's license is a plus for this position.,
