Job Description

As a Product Manager at Bluphlux, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment technology. You will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our AI-driven recruitment platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients and stays ahead of industry trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that streamline the hiring process and improve candidate matching accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Bluphluxs recruitment platform.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to develop and launch new features.
Conduct market research and gather feedback from clients to inform product development.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals and client needs.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology or recruitment-related industry.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with recruitment processes and technologies.
