Product Manager

As a Product Manager you'll help shape and grow our product portfolio,spanning internally developed and third-party propositions ensuring we consistently deliver best-in-class solutions to our diverse customer base.

• Experience in Agile development environments
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to write clear, customer-focused user stories
• Commercial awareness and ability to build business cases
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with development, marketing, and operationsExperience in SaaS, telecoms, or IT managed services (desirable)
• Exposure to UX design and testing (desirable)B2B or channel experience (desirable)
• Highly numerate and organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent English language speaking, comprehension and written skills
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

• Author and manage user stories that reflect customer needs
• Contribute to product strategy and steer product development priorities
• Plan and execute product launches and updates
• Own the product backlog and participate in sprint planning
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with the Commercial Team to ensure product viability
• Work with Marketing on collateral, campaigns, and website content
• Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and insights
• Ensure operational readiness for product rollouts
• Deliver knowledge transfer materials for internal teams
• Support internal teams with product queries and champion customer experience
• Track KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
