Job Summary Bluphlux is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our innovative team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AI-driven recruitment solutions. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our clients and maintain our competitive edge in the market. Key Responsibilities Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and communicate these to stakeholders and team members. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and translate these into actionable plans. Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization. Ensure that our products comply with industry standards and regulations. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Experience with agile development methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience in the recruitment or HR technology industry. Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies. MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
