Role & responsibilities

• Work with Sales Directors, Back End Product Teams, and other stakeholders to help generate and grow sales for a specific product line and/or vertical.
• Perform front-end technical and sales activities for building business for a specific product line and/or vertical.
• Participate in sales strategy meetings to develop a strong understanding of the product line and industry.
• Visit customers to create and build relationships and solve their techno commercial queries and thereby increase sales.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to provide customers with product-specific techno Commercial support and other queries.
• Maintain and build excellent relationships with product principles.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal Product Manager is a technically adept and customer-focused professional with a Bachelors degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) and about 10 years of experience in technical sales, product support, or application engineering, preferably within the specific product line or vertical. Cables, Wire , Networking , Connector Industry. They possess in-depth knowledge of the product, strong communication skills to articulate technical value propositions, and commercial acumen to drive sales growth through front-end technical sales activities, such as product demonstrations and proposal preparation. The candidate excels in building long-term customer relationships, collaborating with sales and product teams, and acting as the primary technical and commercial liaison between the company, product principals (foreign/Indian), and customers. With proficiency in CRM tools, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, they ensure customer satisfaction, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to product feedback loops while adapting to fast-paced environments and market demands
