Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals and customer needs. Translate company strategy into actionable product priorities, balancing near-term deliverables with long-term platform differentiation. Drive deep understanding of the market landscape, customer segments, and emerging AI/LLM trends to inform competitive positioning. Partner with leadership to define success metrics, pricing/monetization strategies, and business outcomes. Feature & Platform Development Conceptualize and deliver AI-driven, user-centric features that address customer pain points and unlock measurable value. Collaborate with UX research and data science teams to validate hypotheses through user insights and experimentation (A/B tests, pilots, feature flags). Author clear product charters, epics, and user stories, maintaining alignment across engineering and design. Translate complex AI and data concepts into intuitive user experiences and scalable platform capabilities. Product Lifecycle Ownership Own the full product lifecycle from MVP definition to global rollout and continuous optimization . Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , ensuring features meet product, quality, and compliance standards. Define and track quantitative KPIs (adoption, engagement, retention, NPS, revenue impact) and drive data-informed decisions. Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to instrument product telemetry and ensure robust performance tracking. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, research, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver roadmap outcomes. Mentor junior PMs or associates , championing product excellence and decision-making frameworks across the organization. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and experimentation. Partner closely with Technical Program Managers to align sprints, manage dependencies, and optimize delivery. Go-to-Market & Customer Success Collaborate with GTM and marketing teams to develop launch strategies, messaging, and collateral that communicate product value clearly. Partner with customer success and sales to drive adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities , ensuring customer outcomes translate into business growth.
