Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will lead the product development lifecycle, define product roadmaps, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, conducting market analysis, creating product strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The Product Manager will also oversee timelines, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the alignment of products with the company’s vision.

Qualifications

Strong product management skills, including defining roadmaps, requirement gathering, and delivering successful product strategies.
Ability to conduct market analysis and identify customer needs to shape product solutions.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams, project timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Knowledge of accessibility standards like WCAG and broader understanding of compliance requirements is a strong advantage.
Experience in technology products or AI-driven solutions is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in presenting ideas to diverse audiences.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
