Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Management Specialist with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the discrete industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a passion for driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and customer needs.
Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product development decisions.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and positioning.
Identify and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market demands.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with SAP India Pvt.Ltd or similar companies is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are a plus.
