Job Brief:

Seeking an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products aligned with the company’s vision and strategy. Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience.

• Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

• Prioritize activities based on business impact and customer needs.

• Collaborate with engineering teams for quick time-to-market and optimal resource utilization.

• Drive product launches, working with PR teams, executives, and other product management team members

• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product line strategy.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager

understanding of software development and web technologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves in demanding situations

• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.

Additional Information:

• This is a 6-days/week, work from office role

• Interview will be F2F (on location) only

• There are 2 rounds in the process (F2F on the same day)

Required Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.)
