Job Description

NOMURA CAPITAL (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for Product Management Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to prioritize features, set goals, and deliver highquality products on time and within budget
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities, trends, and threats, and use insights to inform product decisions
Gather and prioritize customer requirements through interviews, surveys, and user feedback, and translate them into actionable product requirements and user stories
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements, provide guidance on technical feasibility, and drive product development through all stages of the lifecycle
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, track performance against goals, and iterate on features to optimize user experience and business outcomes
Communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmaps to stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners, and solicit feedback to drive continuous improvement
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, and leverage insights to enhance product innovation and competitiveness
Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and postlaunch activities, and make datadriven decisions to prioritize and adjust product features and enhancements
Champion a customercentric approach to product development, advocating for user needs and preferences throughout the organization
