Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities:Strategic Communication Planning:Develop and implement corporate communication strategies that support the company's objectives and enhance its brand.Provide strategic communication counsel to senior leadership on key initiatives and issues.Ensure the alignment of all communications with corporate goals, values, and messaging.Internal Communications:Lead the internal communication efforts to ensure transparency, engagement, and a positive work culture.Create and manage content for internal newsletters, intranet, and company-wide announcements.Foster an open communication environment that encourages feedback and collaboration among employees.External Communications:Oversee external communication efforts, including public relations, media relations, and community outreach.Develop press releases, media kits, and corporate statements to be shared with external stakeholders.Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure positive coverage of the company.Organize and manage company events, conferences, and public appearances.Brand Reputation Management:Monitor the company's public image and reputation, responding to any emerging trends or issues.Conduct reputation audits and gather feedback from employees and external stakeholders to adjust strategies as necessary.Content Creation & Media Outreach:Oversee content creation for various platforms including social media, corporate website, newsletters, and corporate blogs.Develop and distribute messaging to highlight the companys values, goals, and achievements.Create and maintain relationships with key media outlets to amplify the company's voice.Measurement & Reporting:Analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns using appropriate metrics.Provide regular reports to senior management on communication outcomes and ROI.Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related fields.Proven experience in managing both internal and external communications.Strong track record in media relations and public speaking.Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of digital media, social media platforms, and content marketing.Experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization.Perks and benefits
