Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Planning & conceptualizing various strategies to achieve business goals.
Developing brand strategy, promotional campaigns, technical literature in alignment with the brand strategy.
Training and motivating the sales team for eective implementation of the product strategy.
Strategizing, Planning, implementing and monitoring various brand campaigns.
Responsible for the new product launches.
Working with marketing intelligence database to understand the market and develop a road map.
Performing sales analysis & sales forecast for the product.
Conducting product related market research.
Conducting technical seminars / webinars to develop and engage KOLs
Eective handling of Doctors queries.
Implementing various digital campaigns to build brands and engage customers.

Preferred candidate profile

8 -12 years of experience in Product Management in Biopharma/Pharma (preferably in Paediatric Vaccine and

Gynaecology segment). Initial experience of at least a year in the field job is MUST.

Experience in MS Oice and analytical tools is essential.
