Role & responsibilities Developing effective marketing strategies, carrying out marketing cum sales campaign. Providing timely promotional inputs like sales manual, technical bulletin, conducting trials in coordination with sales team and publishing the reports. Training the sales team on product promotion and product knowledge Conducting market analysis; monitoring market share and matching features and benefits to ensure competitive sales approach. Make presentations to customers at the request of sales staff. New product development. Develop, publish and communicate the annual market plan for assigned products Maximizing market share and gross margin growth for product line(s) on an annual basis. Accountable for product strategies which include 4 Ps of marketing Providing technical Services and training and supporting the sales team in effective product promotion Developing target markets, customer positioning and product promotional plans, developing annual marketing plans and developing and achieving overall sales targets for the product category. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor of Science in Fisheries (BFSc.) or a management graduate with science background and with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in product management
