We are currently looking for a versatile Customer Success Manager with expertise in Salesforce to join our team. In this role, you will act as an extension of our customers workforce, offering guidance and advice to ensure they receive a significant return on investment with Salesforce. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to conceptualize, build, scale, and evolve our next-generation Cloud and Infrastructure management platform. Oversee the design and development of APIs, connectors, and plug-in frameworks to support extensible, scalable integrations with internal and external solutions. Ensure seamless interoperability and unified user experience across integrated tools. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, and security teams to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions. Drive cross-team initiatives to roll out FinOps processes (cost optimization, showback/chargeback), DevOps toolchains and automations, proactive SecOps controls, and intelligent monitoring using AIOps. Day-2 Operations & Governance Ensure platform reliability and scalability define SLAs/SLOs, monitor KPIs, drive cost and security optimization, and implement governance best practices. Launch & Evangelism Lead product launches internally and externally, deliver demos, enablement sessions, craft documentation, and gather feedback for incremental improvement. Measure Success Define success metrics (e.g., adoption rate, MTTR, cost savings, security posture), track progress via dashboards, and drive data-informed product improvements. Thought Leadership & Advocacy Represent the product vision internally and externally, acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, engineering, and customers. Stay ahead of emerging cloud trends, regulatory landscapes, and best practices in automation, governance, and cloud cost management. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience (7+ years) in product management within cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise IT domains with a portfolio demonstrating conceptualizing and building monitoring/management platforms from scratch. 5+ years in technical product management preferably with observability, monitoring, or cloud platform products and Demonstrated experience from concept to scale of a cloud infrastructure/monitoring platform Strong expertise across cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud architecture, and major infrastructure components (compute, storage, automation, security, and telemetry).
