- Engineering graduate, with a full time MBA (Sales and Marketing specialization)
- Experience of around 2 to 3 years in product management / sales function in IT Distribution - Should possess understanding of the sales, distribution and channel management process in the IT Distribution sector - Past experience with good understanding of the IT architecture preferred - Should possess strong numerical and analytical skills - Should be strong at building relationships and networks
1. Responsible for achieving revenue targets (quarterly, annual) through effective management of the sales funnel for the assigned product / business
2. Achieve profitability targets (quarterly, annual) for the assigned product / business 3. Manage relationships with vendors of the concerned product / business (for example, vendor distribution manager, vendor category manager, vendor sales team) 4. Manage interactions with key channel partners for the concerned product / business, in collaboration with the Sales team and drive partner enablement programs 5. Responsible for resolution of escalated issues pertaining to the concerned product / business
