About the Internship:

Zluri is a B2B SaaS software & we plan to build a scalable Identity Governance and Administration solution that solves our end users' pain points in identity, application, and access management. You’ll be working closely with other members of the product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to help us build a customer-centric product and scalable product operations.

What will you do?

• You will work with customer-facing teams to understand customer pain points, use cases, and market needs, and work with them to increase customer adoption.
• You will work closely with Product Managers to identify new opportunities for growing the product, scope out product requirements and work on collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.
• You will work closely with Product Design to support the build of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that can elevate customer experience.
• You will test & release the product features by coordinating with the QA team
• You'll analyse product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.

What do we expect from you?

• Prior experience in product development work, doing market research and opportunity mapping.
• Ability to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders through verbal and written media.
• Prior software/web development experience and working with the Agile Scrum framework.
• Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs.
• Ability to work in an agile and cross-functional environment, proactively collaborating and communicating with design, engineering, and GTM teams.
• Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
• Good to have: Prior experience in crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes

Note: This is a full-time, in-person internship. The ideal candidate should be available for a 6-month internship working out of our office in Whitefield, Bangalore.
