About the Role We are seeking an MBA graduate with a strong software background and at least 2 years of relevant prior experience to join our team as an intern. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to deployment and post-launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. Key Responsibilities Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire lifecycle of products, ensuring seamless transitions from ideation to market delivery. Project Management : Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering and marketing teams to align product development with business goals. Risk Management : Identify potential risks in ODM partnerships and develop effective mitigation strategies. Adaptability : Remain flexible and responsive to changes in market trends or project scope. Time Management : Prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments. Communication : Articulate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Agile Methodologies : Utilize Agile or Scrum practices to manage workflows and product iterations effectively. Programming Knowledge : Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript is essential. Qualifications MBA graduate with a strong software background. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in product management or software development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
