Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Product Management Intern to support our product teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in the product development lifecycle, focusing on areas such as WhatsApp integration, ChatBots, CRM systems, and various other integrations. You will work closely with experienced team members to help define product requirements, manage projects, and contribute to the overall product strategy.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Design & Requirements: Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements, focusing on functionalities related to WhatsApp, ChatBots, CRM, and other integrations.
2. Project Coordination: Support the project management team in tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing product initiatives.
3. User Research: Contribute to market and user research activities to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
4. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
5. Documentation: Help create and maintain product documentation, specifications, and presentations.
6. Integration Support: Research and assist in understanding the technical aspects and requirements for various product integrations.
7. Will work on AI tools like Lovable,Bolt to make the designs.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in Product Management, AI technologies, and software development.
3. Familiarity with concepts related to WhatsApp, ChatBots, and CRM systems is a plus.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to conduct basic research and analyze information.
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
7. Basic understanding of project management principles is beneficial.
8. Proficiency in using collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Jira - exposure is a plus).
