Join us to shape the roadmap of a funded HRMS SaaS. This is a high-ownership role where you will see features move from a concept on a whiteboard to a live product used by companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research on GCC operations and HR trends.
Translate user needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
Create low-fidelity wireframes and user flow diagrams.
Coordinate with engineering to prioritize the product backlog.
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills and a "first-principles" approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with Figma, Jira, or Notion.
Background in CS or Business is a plus.
