Role Overview

As the Lead Product Manager in the Technology Innovation (TI) BU, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, developing AI-powered tools, and driving user adoption across multiple verticals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong product sense, technical understanding of AI tools, and the ability to execute go-to-market plans in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product roadmaps for AI-based tools across various user segments and industries.
• Gather, synthesize, and prioritize feedback from free-tier and early-access users to inform product iterations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of features.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, especially for transitioning products from freemium to premium tiers.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay up to date on trends in the AI, SaaS, and no-code tool landscapes.
• Track product KPIs, report progress to the BU Head, and proactively recommend course corrections or pivots.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within AI, SaaS, or developer tools.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and ecosystems (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and agile product development processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Educational background: MBA or B.Tech preferred with relevant product management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
