Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Price Scraping & Data Ingestion: Build and maintain scrapers for multiple marketplaces; handle dynamic pages, rate limits, and site changes; extract price, availability, and product metadata.
Backend APIs: Develop APIs for price comparison, user-tracked products, and price refresh; ensure clean, consistent responses.
Data Management: Normalize and store latest and historical pricing data; maintain SKU and marketplace mappings.
Scheduling & Reliability: Implement scheduled price refresh, retry logic, and monitoring for failures.
Collaboration: Work with product/frontend teams to support new features; document scraper and API behavior.

Required Skills & Technologies

Languages: Node.js, Python (for scrapers)
Experience with REST APIs, web scraping frameworks (e.g., Puppeteer, Playwright, BeautifulSoup)
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Knowledge of asynchronous tasks, scheduling, and reliability patterns
Debugging, logging, and basic monitoring

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
